Here are two time-wasters for you to play. First up, I Want To Be The Guy, is a super time-waster and the primary cause of all cardiac arrests and brain aneurysms.

I Want To Be The Guy is a side-scroller, puzzle platformer that has taken a step further from other famous games in its category - the seemingly impossible to win even one level home-brew platformers.

Some of you have played the insanely hard, modified Mario version or similar games. Well, I Want To Be The Guy is basically the same.

Success in completing the game relies on your ability to utilise every object in the level, move your character as if you were in the Matrix, and most importantly, die, retry with new trick, die again, repeat endlessly.

Each level will have multiple traps, tricks and stunts you'll have to learn by dying. But take heart, completing each level puts you in the ranks of the elite.

Casual gamers be warned, as playing this game will either frustrate you enough that you will stop playing or cause you to repeatedly bash your keyboard until the paramedics pull you away.

The other time-waster is called Voxelstein 3D. Voxel is basically a cube and it is actually a rendering technique. Everything you see in the game will be made out of tiny cubes. This technique is supposedly more efficient than polygons for rendering large objects and everything in the game is destructible!

Voxelstein 3D is based on Wolfenstein 3D - you break out of your cell with a knife killing the officer and getting his gun. Then you proceed through the level killing off bad guys.

Since the game is a tech demo of the use of Voxels, you only have one life. So far I can't seem to respawn, so you would have to press the Esc key to exit the game, then run the VXLST3D.exe again.

The game plays on both keyboard and mouse, with the E key as the use function, the Ctrl key for crouching, the Spacebar for jumping, and the F key gets you the flashlight.
