Explorer error

Recently, I encountered this problem: "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem & needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

"If you are in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost.

"Please tell Microsoft about this problem.

"We have created an error report that you can send to help us improve Internet Explorer. We will treat this report as confidential & anonymous.

"To see what data this error report contain, click here. Debug Send Report "Error Don't Send"

What should I do now? I cannot select print even after I debug.

Your query does not elaborate on error messages, programs opened, version of Internet Explorer or your system configuration details, so it makes it difficult to give a concise response.

My first suggestion is to make sure your system is clear of any viruses, spyware or malicious software with other intent.

This means using an up-to-date antivirus or security suite product.

Do not attempt to use anything older than two years old or versions before 2008 and I highly recommend that you avoid using just any program you might find on the Internet that has claims of clearing, cleaning or optimising your system for free.

If the problem is repeated and you are not able to use your system, try uninstalling Internet Explorer and then re-installing it. This may help.

For detailed instructions, you will need to read online. Go to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/ 957700 to find out how to uninstall IE8.
