SPH'S e-marketplace ST701 has taken on a new look with the addition of three new verticals on its website, www.st701.com.
Users can now access sections dedicated to cars, property and shops. Each vertical provides a focused environment for a specific target audience. This means greater clarity for the car or property buyer who's able to zoom in directly to find what they want.
The car section, for example, acts as a round-the-clock virtual showroom while the property page gives users the real deals in real estate.
And if you require retail therapy at a click of a button, just go to the shop section which has 80 categories under it. Shoppers can find out more about the background of each concept shop by glossing over the names of each one.
The website also boasts great search functionalities and interactivity, including a question-and-answer guide to help new buyers of cars and properties.
ST701 was first launched in May last year as a job portal and has since amassed 120,000 registered members.
The expanded e-marketplace will be officially launched on Oct 8. But it has since garnered three million hits during the trial stages.
It hopes to see a double digit growth in this area over time.
