>AirAsia staff are free to blog about work, according to Thai AirAsia spokeswoman Desiree Bandal. The company does not have an existing staff policy against blogging. It is the only airline that responded to AsiaOne's queries on their staff policies on blogging.

While many AirAsia staff already have their own web pages on the Internet, including those on social networking sites like FaceBook and Friendster, Miss Bandal said that the company has an Intranet message board. The board is moderated by the airline's Corporate Culture office, but staff are allowed to post anything and share ideas as long as they do not use rude language.
