WANNABE video game creators will get a headstart onto Microsoft 7 million player video game marketplace, Xbox Live and deserving ones will even get up to $50,000 in government funding to aid their efforts.

The first Singapore game to be published will be Carneyvale: Showtime. Carneyvale had beaten 350 entries from around the world to win Microsoft's XNA Dream-Build-Play competition earlier this year.

Carneyvale, which will cost $8, will be launched soon, and a free trial is available.
