SINGTEL, the largest telco here, has announced that it will start selling Apple's latest upgrade, the iPhone 3GS, from next Friday.

According to its website, the iconic touchscreen phone will come in both 16GB (gigabyte) and 32GB models, in both black and white colours.

Local prices will be released early next week, a SingTel spokesman said. However, it is known that AT & T in the United States will charge US$199 for the new 16 GB model and US$299 for the 32GB version.
