If you're into pianos, then you may want to take a look at the LG Z1 Express Dual laptop.
The 12.1-inch portable laptop comes in a glossy piano-black finish.
But more importantly, it has a pair of very good speakers.
They are among the best I have heard in a laptop, easily turning your study into a mini-concert hall with its virtual Dolby surround sound.
While it is black on the outside, the inside is a sharp contrast with its iPod white colour, complete with full-sized and nicely-tactile keys.
It may look small but the Z1 Express does pack a punch.
It comes with a Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 12.1-inch LCD display, 1GB memory, 120GB hard drive, 5-in-1 memory card reader, Bluetooth connectivity, DVD burner, a built-in microphone, 3 USB ports, as well as FireWire and S-Video ports.
It also runs on the latest Windows Vista Home Premium operating system.
The Z1 is certainly not the lightest 12.1-inchlaptop I have tried, but at 1.89kg it is light enough to be lugged around by the mobile warriors.
Without a dedicated graphics chip, this beauty unfortunately won't have enough oomph to run many demanding modern games.
The battery is pretty decent and you should be able to get three to four hours of battery life on the road.
Overall, the Z1 Express is good-looking, great-sounding, with a decent weight and battery life and has good features.
But at $2,399, it is rather pricey. But good-lookers never come cheap.
