Dogz 2 is a fun game for virtual-pet lovers. Created by Ubisoft, it has beautiful graphics and an environment that's easy to navigate.

Players adopt and care for a puppy, choosing from a Beagle, Boxer, Border Collie, German Shepherd, Labrador Retriever, Rottweiler or Alaskan husky.

The dog needs to be carefully monitored as it grows so that its various needs can be taken care of. The game alerts the player through messages of the pet's needs as they arise. The player responds by feeding the pooch, as well as washing, brushing and playing with it.

Both pet and owner live in a virtual house, which has a kitchen, living room and bathroom to explore. When it's time for your pet to play or go pee or poo, you need to take it to the park.

Players can also teach their pets new tricks by following the instructions in the diagram provided, using the mouse to rub, push or tap their pet, thus rewarding them with a virtual human touch.
