Mio Breeze

Price: $160

Convenient. No straps. No washing. This watch does not require you to don anything else other than itself.

It may not be as accurate as the Polar one. Several attempts to take readings ended in naught.

Also, you have to hold down two buttons on the watch for about 10 seconds to take your heart rate - cumbersome for runners.

For the casual user, it has the perfect fit and price.

Press one of the side buttons and you'll see how many calories you've burned.

Just be careful to select a size that fits your wrist, as random tests show that the wrong fit affects readings.
