- Voting contest will run from Oct 29, 2007 to Nov 12, 2007 for podcast and from Nov 13, 2007 to Nov 27, 2007 for vodcast. Results will be announced within 1 week after the voting ends.
- Singapore Press Holdings will not be held responsible for the use of any copyrighted material. Please ensure that your submissions do not infringe upon any copyrights.
- Incomplete and/ or illegible entries will be disqualified.
- Singapore Press Holdings reserve the right to at any time terminate the contest or amend rules and regulations without prior notice.

- Prize winners will be notified by email and phone.
- Prize collection must be made in Singapore. All prizes to be collected from the office of the Singapore Press Holdings. Winners will be notified of address details.
